Step 1
Fast start on one bounded product
You choose one product and share existing documentation. CargoBeacon implements it in Colleag.ai. You quickly see structured, searchable, versioned product information, without changing how you work elsewhere.
You get answers to:

- •What it takes to get started, and how it can interact with your existing systems and governing instructions.
Step 2
Scale the scope together
Over about two months, with two half-day workshops, we work side by side with a few people from your team. We gradually add more product information and capture your feedback. You see how value grows as more of the product lives in the system.

Price and commitments
Unit price: 20,000 SEK per company. The pilot includes a three-year license discount: 100% year 1, 50% year 2, and 25% year 3 if you continue. Three to five companies take part. Combined feedback benefits everyone. No other obligations beyond the pilot itself.
Safe handling of your information
We always start with a product you consider non-sensitive. CargoBeacon provides a separate security description covering Microsoft-hosted operation and the option to run fully locally at your site.
